About the position

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Safetica is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals. This position requires a blend of strategic planning and detailed execution, including content creation, data analysis, and campaign refinement. The CMO will lead a small marketing team, collaborate with senior leaders, and ensure that marketing initiatives resonate with both current and potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that directly contribute to our business goals.
  • Lead and manage a small, talented marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone's ideas matter.
  • Take charge of campaign execution across various channels, from digital and social media to email and traditional media.
  • Conduct market research and utilize customer insights to inform your approach.
  • Manage and refine Safetica's brand identity, ensuring a consistent message across all touchpoints.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and adapt strategies to keep Safetica ahead of the curve.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring every spend drives value and aligns with our goals.
  • Represent Safetica at key industry events and engagements to boost our visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • A track record of success in developing and executing strategies that drive growth.
  • Comfortable being hands-on, from creating content to diving into analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for building and motivating a team based overseas.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a creative mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market landscape.
