About the position

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at NewGround is a pivotal role responsible for leading the company's marketing efforts and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The CMO will develop and implement corporate marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring excellence in all aspects of the brand's presence in the market. This position requires a visionary leader who can inspire teams, manage partnerships, and drive marketing initiatives that enhance the NewGround brand.

Responsibilities

  • Participate with the executive leadership team in creating and implementing corporate growth strategies.
  • Lead and inspire marketing and strategic partnerships.
  • Sculpt and manage visionary marketing and business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Curate and oversee the departmental budget.
  • Engineer lead generation initiatives through internal resources and targeted digital advertising campaigns.
  • Cultivate the NewGround brand and amplify its prominence.
  • Craft and refine departmental presentation content to align with NewGround's brand narrative.
  • Forge a strategic alliance marketing blueprint, identifying and nurturing partnerships across diverse sectors.
  • Take center stage at national and international trade shows, embodying the company's brand.
  • Structure a corporate speaking strategy involving NewGround's subject matter experts in global events.
  • Design and implement presentation training programs for internal resources.
  • Supervise dynamic proposal, RFP, and Strategic Alliance document creation.
  • Guide corporate communications and white paper origination.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to support their identified targets and real-time sales requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years excelling in strategic senior management roles.
  • Minimum of three years of proven professional marketing leadership experience.
