• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or Microbiology with six years of experience in a clinical or public health laboratory, including three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Eligibility requirements of 42 CFR 73, including successful completion of a Security Risk Assessment.
• Possession of a license or limited permit to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in New York.
