The Chief of Staff (COS), AMC Development, serves as a strategic advisor to the President of the Academic Medical Centers (AMC), overseeing the operations of two prestigious institutions: Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH). This role is pivotal in navigating complex strategic issues, identifying potential risks, and achieving the philanthropic objectives set forth by the AMC President.
