The CoS will collaborate with leadership to implement the studio's strategic plan, oversee daily operations, and manage multiple projects while ensuring high standards and timely completion. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can independently make decisions and drive initiatives that support the growth and efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement the studio's strategic plan.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor progress towards goals and report on key performance indicators.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
• Maintain ownership for the company tracker, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal communications.
• Draft and edit internal and external communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
• Lead ad-hoc projects, such as launching a new marketing campaign.
• Identify missing skillsets within the team and work towards hiring for those roles.
• Handle operations-related tasks as they arise.
