We bring world-class business acumen and technology expertise to every interaction. We also drive cross-functional collaboration and are focused on delivering measurable business outcomes. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to develop, manage, and enhance the communication, collaboration, and management processes for the Business Technology (BT) leadership team. Reporting directly to the SVP of Business Technology, the Chief of Staff will work closely with BT leaders, HR, the Strategy and Operations team, and other members of the Business Operations department. The role involves fostering collaboration, elevating communication within the organization and across the company, establishing and managing BT leadership practices, and developing the BT brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP and leadership team, ensuring smooth operations with a focus on team wellness, high engagement, and healthy collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the BT leadership team and with other leaders across the organization.
  • Define operating norms and communication strategies within the BT organization, including departmental activities such as quarterly town halls, newsletters, project and stakeholder communications, branding, and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • End-to-end ownership of key operational rhythms and processes such as weekly leadership meetings, VMT reviews, team offsites, etc., with a focus on efficient project management.
  • Assist in creating and preparing executive-level presentations and reports to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior company leadership, stakeholders, Board members, and customers.
  • Support meetings by capturing key discussion items and feedback, and triaging next steps with the appropriate teams when necessary.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, such as business operations or communications; IT experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional programs with excellent influencing skills.
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail with both structured and creative thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with executives to achieve business outcomes.
  • Ability to build relationships across various departments, levels, and backgrounds.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in IT is a plus.
