About the position

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Ceribell, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of the organization. This position involves collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, and optimize workflows. Your strategic foresight and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to steering the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to devise, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Undertake strategic projects initiated by the CEO.
• Coordinate multifaceted projects requiring cross-functional cooperation, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
• Act as a conduit between departments to expedite information exchange and collaborative issue resolution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on strategic matters.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for executive meetings and board discussions.
• Assist in managing external partnerships and stakeholders, representing the company professionally.
• Collaborate on leadership efforts related to talent management, including recruitment and professional development.
• Foster a constructive and inclusive company culture aligned with the organization's values.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated track record in a senior management capacity, preferably in the medical device or healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in strategic analysis and problem-solving.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Verified experience in project management and process improvement.
• Ability to navigate an evolving environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Exceptional ethical standards, professionalism, and discretion.
