About the position

As Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder and CEO at Ambience, you will lead the Office of the CEO, supporting strategic, commercial, operational, and financial projects. Your role is crucial in ensuring data-driven decisions are made and executed, while also driving commercial initiatives and liaising with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Co-Founder and CEO to drive critical initiatives and provide a real-time view of the organization.
• Facilitate decision-making, build action plans, and track the progress of projects to increase the value of executive team interactions.
• Support the CEO's commercial activities, including new client growth and ecosystem partnership development.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with financial leadership to drive revenue operations and manage investor/board relations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting/finance and early-stage operations/strategy/growth, with healthcare experience required.
• Highly organized and comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, capable of managing multiple critical initiatives in parallel.
• Track record of producing professional and high-caliber external documentation with impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Ambience's clients and market dynamics, capable of conveying nuanced value propositions.
• Ability to engage with healthcare executives, investors, and other key stakeholders.
