About the position

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Ceribell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and the leadership team in driving the company's strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach to managing cross-functional collaboration, overseeing strategic projects, and providing executive support to ensure the organization's success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO to devise, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate multifaceted projects requiring cross-functional cooperation to ensure timely completion.
  • Act as a conduit between departments to facilitate information exchange and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on strategic matters.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for executive meetings and board discussions.
  • Assist in managing external partnerships and stakeholders professionally.
  • Support talent management efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated track record in a senior management capacity, preferably in the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in strategic analysis and problem-solving.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Verified experience in project management and process improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to an evolving environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional ethical standards, professionalism, and discretion.
