About the position

The Chief of Staff for the Chief Data and Technology Organization (CDTO) at Kimberly-Clark plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the technology organization. This global position involves overseeing the implementation of the CTO Technology Strategy, focusing on financial planning, program management, and talent development to drive transformation and enhance IT performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic member of the Technology Organization leadership team.
  • Assist in overall strategy delivery, financial planning, change management, program management, and talent development.
  • Enable structures, metrics, governance, and drive transformation across the CTO.
  • Manage detailed expense management across all teams in partnership with the DTS finance team.
  • Deliver annual/monthly forecast management processes and manage messaging and call to action for cost reductions.
  • Keep scorecards of total spend, spend optimization, and cost reduction.
  • Lead Change Management and Communications for CDTO.
  • Develop the K-C Digital University in partnership with DTS leadership and HR, and facilitate talent development plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive work experience in IT, Strategy, Project Management, or similar areas.
  • Skilled in application delivery, client relationship management, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, and collaboration.
  • Experience with budgets, financial tracking, and cost optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of CPG and/or technology, eCommerce, and industry dynamics.
  • Ability to motivate others and obtain buy-in across all levels of the organization.
  • Skilled in communication through presentation of strategy to different levels of the organization.
