About the position

The Chief of Staff at Clocktower Group will support the Partner leading the China-centric investment arm, ensuring the successful completion of vital tasks and strategic goals. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing projects and people effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with investment, marketing, and operations teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Manage the calendar and schedule of the China Partner, ensuring timely decision-making involvement.
• Track high-priority initiatives, identify roadblocks, and coordinate deliverables across teams.
• Support client servicing efforts for existing clients and onboarding new relationships.
• Produce and edit marketing materials, investment memos, and presentations for meetings.
• Assist the executive team with various tasks, including scheduling and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of work experience in the asset management industry or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to building relationships.
