About the position

CoreWeave is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in managing and optimizing organizational activities. This role involves strategic planning, program management, and initiative implementation to enhance operational efficiency and productivity across the company. The Chief of Staff will work on impactful projects, communicate with executives, and drive improvements in organizational structure and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Rhythm of the Business and drive all business management functions to ensure team effectiveness.
• Develop an engagement plan for team communications, including all-hands meetings, AMA sessions, town halls, and responses to organizational polls.
• Support the leadership team with planning and execution of the organizational roadmap and charters.
• Partner closely with the human resources department to identify priorities and develop strategies to meet organizational people goals.
• Manage the overall budget, including headcount planning, allocations, and purchase orders.
• Manage communications for executive sponsorships, events, customer engagements, public relations, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years in business, product, strategy, or operations planning.
• MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Background in high-growth technology organizations strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
