Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex projects within Core Engineering.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operational activities of Core Engineering, implementing best practice processes and technologies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Core Engineering, managing communication and preparing presentations.
  • Champion change management initiatives to facilitate organizational transformation.
  • Coordinate and support Core Engineering leadership meetings, townhalls, and other events.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in business, consulting, organizational development, human resources, communications, public relations, or marketing is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years work experience in technology or the financial sector, preferably within an engineering environment.
  • Experience working in a global environment across a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in management, communication, internal and external engineering advocacy, and organizational development.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Ability to create outcome-driven plans and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to establish cross-team alignment and buy-in to elevate engineers and the Goldman Sachs Engineering brand.
