About the position

Responsibilities

  • Develop a broad understanding of the Engineering organization and its business priorities.
  • Help Engineering leadership accelerate organizational transformation through effective communication.
  • Create data-driven insights and collaborate across teams to solve problems.
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate large-scale events to enhance the Goldman Sachs Engineering brand.
  • Brief senior speakers to shape internal training content and messaging.
  • Oversee learning delivery and coordination of in-person and virtual events, conferences, and training programs.
  • Manage Americas management and strategy projects to support Engineering senior leadership.
  • Analyze data using Excel and develop business analytics and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include organizational development, human resources, communications, public relations, marketing, business, or consulting.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Strong technical skills and experience manipulating data using Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
