  • Design and implement large-scale events to promote the Goldman Sachs Engineering brand.
  • Brief senior speakers to shape internal training content and messaging.
  • Oversee learning delivery and coordination of events, conferences, and training programs.
  • Manage Americas management and strategy projects to support Engineering senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include organizational development, human resources, communications, public relations, marketing, business, or consulting.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Strong technical skills in data manipulation using Excel and experience in business analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
