About the position

The Chief of Staff for Enterprise Finance & Digital Technology at GE Vernova will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and senior leaders, focusing on governance, quality, and culture within the organization. This role involves managing the Office of the CFO, driving the execution of strategic priorities, and fostering collaboration across various teams to enhance business performance and culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Office of the CFO, collaborating closely with the CFO and the CFO Leadership Team.
• Define, structure, and communicate functional strategy and KPIs in partnership with leadership.
• Align with senior leaders on the team's impact in key focus areas, including diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ensure effective representation of the CFO's voice in all forums and channels in collaboration with Communications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders as necessary.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability aligned with company values.
