About the position

The Chief of Staff role at Traba is an entry-level position designed to support the CEO and leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and improving organizational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Assist in executing high-priority projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely completion.
• Help manage the CEO's agenda, focusing on strategic planning and prioritization.
• Prepare briefing materials, research, and analysis to support decision-making for the CEO and leadership team.
• Participate in goal-setting and tracking, aligning company objectives with department goals.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO, Chief of Staff, and other departments to ensure seamless communication.
• Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items with stakeholders to drive accountability and results.
• Support company-wide initiatives, such as team off-sites and all-hands meetings.
• Assist in managing complex, cross-departmental projects from inception through completion.
• Create and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate with team members.
• Compile reports, presentations, and updates for leadership on project status and key metrics.
