About the position

The Chief of Staff for External Affairs at Siemens Healthineers plays a pivotal role in supporting the global function head of Government Affairs, Policy, and Partnerships. This position is integral to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring alignment of organizational priorities and effective implementation of the company's vision. The role involves strategic partnership, operational oversight, and collaboration across various levels of the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the External Affairs Leader to provide strategic counsel and hands-on support.
• Assist in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
• Collaborate across various levels of the organization to optimize business impact.
• Oversee daily operations in collaboration with the Leadership Team and senior leaders.
• Prepare regular operational and Executive-level reports and presentations.
• Monitor key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance.
• Complete special projects and initiatives with oversight.
• Lead meetings and workshops with meticulous planning.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in government affairs and/or healthcare industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
