About the position

The Chief of Staff for Flex Solutions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is a remote role focused on coordinating engineering execution and product operations. This position involves driving product and engineering plans in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring smooth execution of projects across multiple teams. The Chief of Staff will define KPIs, manage financials, and generate impactful reporting to enhance project execution and product deliverables, ultimately owning business operations for the Flex Solutions segment.

Responsibilities

• Engage product and engineering leaders to drive storage engineering initiatives.
• Establish governance and follow-up frameworks for leadership meetings and deliverables.
• Prepare impactful presentations and high-quality documents for updates and planning.
• Interface with other HPE business units to represent Flex Solutions in meetings.
• Drive alignment and execution across teams for timely product delivery.
• Define workflows, metrics, and process improvement opportunities for efficiency.
• Lead new operational initiatives for business success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in business and product operations or similar leadership role.
• 5 years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience driving alignment across large cross-functional teams.
• Experience running PMO and Business Operations.
• Strong understanding of embedded and cloud software processes and agile methodologies.
• Experience interfacing with sales and customers, with strong customer empathy.
• Domain experience in Cloud Technologies is a plus.
