About the position

The Chief of Staff for Flex Solutions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is a remote role responsible for coordinating engineering execution and product operations. This position involves driving product and engineering plans in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring smooth execution of projects across multiple teams. The Chief of Staff will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), manage financials, and generate impactful reporting to enhance project execution and product deliverables. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to align various stakeholders and drive operational initiatives for the success of the Flex Solutions segment.

Responsibilities

• Engage product and engineering leaders to drive storage engineering initiatives.
• Establish governance and follow-up frameworks for leadership meetings and deliverables.
• Prepare impactful presentations and high-quality documents for updates and planning.
• Interface with other HPE business units and represent Flex Solutions in meetings.
• Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams for timely product delivery.
• Define workflows, metrics, and process improvement opportunities for execution efficiency.
• Proactively lead new operational initiatives for business success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in business and product operations, program, project management, or similar operational leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in direct people leadership.
• Experience driving alignment across large cross-functional teams.
• Experience running PMO and Business Operations.
• Strong understanding of embedded, cloud software processes and agile development methodologies.
• Experience interfacing with sales and customers, with strong customer empathy.
• Domain experience in Cloud Technologies is a strong plus.
