About the position

The Chief of Staff / Founder's Associate at Nexford University is a strategic role focused on driving the execution of key initiatives aligned with the university's goals. This position supports the CEO in managing global operations, building partnerships for revenue growth, and ensuring operational efficiency across various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the CEO's strategic vision is well translated into actionable and measurable plans to increase success across company-wide projects and key initiatives.
  • Lead on communication between the company, on behalf of the CEO, and key external stakeholders to generate, build, and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Lead operational and administrative support, acting as a gatekeeper and advisor to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive accountability and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in high-growth startups or tech industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale cross-functional projects with strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work across international markets and cultures, particularly in the US, Europe, and Africa.
  • Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments and make strategic decisions efficiently.
