About the position

This position is a key leadership role within the Global Biologics Operations (GBO) for the Manufacturing Division, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President. The role involves setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and managing communications and initiatives across the GBO organization. The individual will oversee various senior leader activities, ensure alignment of presentations with strategic goals, and drive annual business processes while independently leading projects that support divisional priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Set clear objectives and monitor performance of GBO.
  • Coordinate and manage communications, key metrics, and governance meetings across the GBO organization.
  • Oversee management and coordination of key GBO Senior Leader's activities such as strategy meetings and technical reviews.
  • Ensure presentations align with the strategic direction of the GBO organization and the company.
  • Coordinate site visits and in-person meetings with the GBO leadership team.
  • Encourage team building within the leadership team.
  • Drive the Annual Business Processes for strategy creation and execution.
  • Independently lead projects supporting Operating Unit and Divisional priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in a technical related field.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience.
  • Preferred 5 or more years in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Tech Ops, New Product Development, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in strategy development and tactical execution.
  • Demonstrated excellence in Project Management across multiple functions.
  • Experience in organizational change management and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence-LEAN skills.
  • Highly independent with foresight into organizational needs.
  • Effective partnership and high emotional intelligence.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to make rapid and disciplined decisions and prioritize assignments.
  • Capability to distill complex data into simple messages and provide recommendations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
