About the position

The Chief of Staff for Global Product Solutions at Google plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and product development within the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management. The Chief of Staff will work closely with senior leadership to identify business requirements, influence product strategies, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Identify business requirements to grow within the market and influence product development.
  • Lead organizational level processes, including driving the Annual Strategy planning process and Product Prioritization process by partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain tight connection with the broader organization's Chief of Staff office and leverage central resources and processes across the teams to escalate concerns for central resolution.
  • Enable your organization's leads to keep a systematic, ongoing pulse on customer and competitive needs and trends.
  • Architect and lead your organization's senior forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.

  • Experience solving complex problems and demonstrating solid business judgment.
  • Experience in project management, implementing process improvements, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Google's measurement, audience solutions, and use cases.

  • Great written and verbal communication and people skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in navigating through ambiguity, managing multiple cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
