About the position

The Chief of Staff and Global Strategy & Business Operations Sr. Manager at Adobe will report to the VP of the Global Digital Strategy Group (DSG) and will partner with the global DSG leadership team to develop, manage, and execute strategic programs aimed at scaling DSG's operations globally. This role involves assessing business needs, identifying gaps in strategic operations, and ensuring coordinated execution of key initiatives while acting as a proxy for the VP when necessary. The position requires leadership experience in cross-functional environments to ensure the smooth operation of the DSG organization and to drive strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a proxy for the VP of DSG, attending meetings and progressing decision-making in their absence.
  • Reshape the DSG strategic business planning process to support transformation efforts.
  • Lead initiatives with the global DSG leadership team to inform decisions related to annual planning and investment strategy.
  • Track progress against key strategic goals and keep the leadership team aligned.
  • Identify synergies and gaps to enhance global business operations for DSG.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to address identified opportunities and communicate progress.
  • Develop a strategy for assessing and articulating DSG performance and impact indicators.
  • Create performance dashboards and coordinate reporting of metrics and analytics.
  • Drive global DSG leadership team meetings, including All-Hands and quarterly operating reviews.
  • Partner with finance on global operating budget planning.
