About the position

The Chief of Staff and Global Strategy & Business Operations Sr. Manager at Adobe will support the VP of the Global Digital Strategy Group by managing and executing strategic programs to enhance DSG's global operations. This role involves assessing business needs, identifying operational gaps, and ensuring coordinated execution of key initiatives while acting as a proxy for the VP in meetings. The position requires strong leadership in cross-functional environments to drive strategic priorities and ensure smooth operations within the DSG organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a proxy for the VP, Global DSG, attending meetings and progressing decision-making in their absence.
  • Reshape the strategic business planning process for DSG to support transformation efforts.
  • Lead initiatives with the global DSG leadership team to inform decisions on annual planning and investment strategy.
  • Track progress against key strategic goals and keep the leadership team aligned.
  • Identify synergies and gaps to enhance global business operations for DSG.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to address identified opportunities and communicate progress.
  • Develop performance dashboards and coordinate reporting of metrics and analytics for DSG.
  • Drive weekly leadership meetings, All-Hands, and quarterly operating reviews.
  • Implement a communications strategy for internal and external communications for DSG.
  • Partner with finance on global operating budget planning.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in defining and implementing new strategies and programs.
  • Track record of delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in driving senior-level operational planning and business reviews.
  • Ability to connect insights and initiatives across teams.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to create structure in fast-paced environments.
  • Senior leadership experience in business strategy and operations.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and organizational savvy.

  • Competitive salary range of $132,900 -- $273,200 annually based on location and experience.
  • Potential for short-term incentives in the form of an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
