About the position

The Chief of Staff, Head of US Commercial Excellence is a pivotal leadership role within Teva Pharmaceuticals' US Commercial organization. This position is responsible for enabling commercial strategy, enhancing alignment and execution, and driving operational excellence across various business units. The role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex details while acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key initiatives across all Business Units of the US.
  • Provide program management for strategic and operational improvements.
  • Develop and manage a process for measuring and reporting progress on high-priority initiatives.
  • Create, coordinate, and track cross-functional planning for the US Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate with the US Leadership Team to lead a consistent framework for planning processes and corporate updates.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal policies for reimbursement and product coverage.
  • Act as a liaison between the EVP and other senior executives to ensure alignment on cross-functional matters.
  • Support the EVP in defining and developing high-impact executive communications.
  • Prepare US Q&A documents for quarterly investor calls in partnership with Investor Relations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the AOP/LRP processes for US Commercial with US Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of Biotech/Pharma experience.
  • Experience across multiple Commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations & Analytics, Patient Services, and Market Access.
  • Previous people management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management within the biopharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory policies.
