We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Chief of Staff for home health to join our team at Lifecare Home Health Family. This position is crucial as it acts as a strategic advisor to the CEO/President and the senior management team. The Chief of Staff will manage the CEO/President's calendar, prioritizing their time and schedule effectively. This role involves drafting letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO/President, ensuring that communication is clear and timely. The Chief of Staff will support the CEO/President in meetings by taking notes and following up on action items, acting as a liaison between the CEO/President and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and involvement in decision-making processes at the appropriate times. In addition to these responsibilities, the Chief of Staff will participate in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making alongside the CEO/President and senior management team. This role is essential for ensuring the timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives led by the CEO/President. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for researching and recommending new and revised policies and strategies, creating and maintaining systems and processes to streamline operations, and providing legal administrative support as needed. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management, organizational skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a positive outlook.
