The Chief of Staff will serve as the central point of contact for both the principals and household staff, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging technology to enhance productivity and decision-making, while also fostering strong relationships with family members to understand their individual needs and goals. In this role, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for identifying and implementing the necessary systems and structures that facilitate efficient family office operations. This includes recruiting top-tier individuals for various roles within the office, ensuring that all staff are proficient in relevant software and tools. The Chief of Staff will also create sustainability and continuity in family office processes, ensuring quality control of information and communication to minimize reactivity.
