The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for navigating various software tools. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives that align with the company's vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Monitor and report on the financial and operational performance of the company, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, managing risk and issues escalation.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Assist senior leadership in preparing for and facilitating meetings, presentations, and communications, ensuring follow-up and completion of action items.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking on industry trends, best practices, and opportunities.
  • Support senior leadership in developing and executing the company culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior-level role supporting C-level executives in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives, delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Experience in monitoring and reporting on the financial and operational performance of a company, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, managing risk and issues escalation.
  • Experience in acting as a liaison between senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Experience in assisting senior leadership in preparing for and facilitating meetings, presentations, and communications, ensuring follow-up and action items are completed.
