About the position

The Chief of Staff at Knowledge Point Network (KPN) plays a crucial role in operational management and strategic leadership, serving as the backbone of the organization. This position is designed to support the Founder in executing the mission of empowering citizen volunteers to eradicate self-harm among military youth. The Chief of Staff ensures that all initiatives align with the organization's goals, manages daily operations, and fosters a culture of gratitude and engagement among team members.

Responsibilities

• Review the day's schedule and align tasks with the Founder's objectives.
• Identify key events and outcomes, prioritizing them based on importance.
• Manage grant deadlines and funding opportunities requiring immediate attention.
• Delegate tasks to team members to encourage ownership of projects.
• Prepare morning briefings summarizing goals and desired outcomes for meetings.
• Finalize agendas and confirm participants for meetings and calls.
• Attend meetings to take detailed notes and capture action items.
• Make proactive outreach calls to stakeholders and donors to foster relationships.
• Draft content for donor proposals and stakeholder updates.
• Provide the Founder with a summary of the day's progress and prepare for the next day.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in leadership, strategic planning, or operations management.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
