About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant to perform Chief of Staff responsibilities within the cybersecurity domain. This role involves managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services for high-profile business unit clients, contributing to large-scale solutions planning, and ensuring compliance and risk management requirements are met. The selected candidate will act as both the Business Services Lead and Product Delivery Lead, overseeing product assessments, registry record keeping, and supporting the Product Manager in roadmap creation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services for high-profile business unit clients.
  • Contribute to large-scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services.
  • Manage product assessments and perform product registry record keeping.
  • Respond to requests from the Cybersecurity Product Operations Team.
  • Support the Product Manager with Product Roadmap creation and maintenance.
  • Ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions.
  • Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for complex projects.
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area.
  • Collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve IT issues and provide optimal solutions.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop organizational plans and efficiency targets.
  • Support Cybersecurity executive routines and improve meeting effectiveness.
  • Escalate material matters to management with urgency.
  • Lead and support special ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience in support of Business Services or equivalent.
  • 3 years of Chief of Staff experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Prior product management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with MS Office tools suite.
  • Strong time management skills.
