About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant in technology within cybersecurity. This role involves performing Chief of Staff responsibilities while managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services for high-profile business unit clients. The selected candidate will act as both the Business Services Lead and Product Delivery Lead for the Client Office Group, ensuring service quality and compliance with risk management requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services for high-profile business unit clients.
  • Perform dual roles as the Business Services Lead and Product Delivery Lead for the Client Office Group.
  • Manage product assessments and maintain product registry records.
  • Respond to requests from the Cybersecurity Product Operations Team and support the Product Manager with Product Roadmap creation and maintenance.
  • Ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions.
  • Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for complex projects.
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to resolve IT issues and provide optimal solutions to customers.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop organizational plans and efficiency targets, gaining agreement across the leadership team.
  • Support Cybersecurity executive routines by streamlining activities and improving meeting effectiveness.
  • Escalate material matters to management with urgency.
  • Lead and support special ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience in support of Business Services or equivalent.
  • 3 years of Chief of Staff experience or equivalent.
