About the position

The Chief of Staff (COS) at Xsolla will work closely with the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer (CM&GO) to enhance the operations and performance of the global marketing team. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and operational oversight to support the marketing leadership in achieving business objectives. The COS will be responsible for managing various marketing functions, facilitating meetings, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring that the marketing team operates efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the CM&GO to elevate the operations and performance of the marketing team.
  • Develop strategy and planning cycles, delegating different points of view to assist marketing leadership.
  • Support teams in completing deliverables and prepare presentations collaboratively.
  • Lead successful meetings for marketing leadership and executive stakeholders globally.
  • Frame problems and propose structures/models to clarify opportunities and trade-offs.
  • Manage Anaplan reporting and track progress across different marketing functions.
  • Oversee the Go-to-Market tracking and reporting process for key initiatives and solution launches.
  • Act as trusted counsel to senior marketing leaders and represent marketing leadership in various meetings.
  • Create workforce planning and operational recommendations for annual planning and budget allocations.
  • Continuously learn and educate the team on trends, opportunities, tools, and services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing, operations, or commercial roles within the gaming and/or fintech industries.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence.
  • Extensive experience using the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Atlas).
  • Highly organized with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels and cultures.
  • Broad strategic business knowledge and excellent financial and operational modeling skills.
  • Confidence to make decisions and self-restraint to know when decisions are not immediately needed.
  • Enjoy working with data and fluent in various analytical tools.
  • Expertise in leading complex projects across teams and organizations.
