About the position

The Chief of Staff (CoS) for Marketing at PEAK Technical Services Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Leadership Team. This position is designed for a strategic leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving. The CoS will enhance team productivity by managing strategic initiatives, overseeing executive program management, and facilitating communication within the Marketing Team and across departments. The role requires a proactive approach to managing marketing analytics, market research, and operations, while also addressing organizational needs and driving alignment on key business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment around setting strategy, drafting Quarterly Business Reports, and executing the 2025 annual plan.
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure and workflows.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings for the Marketing Leadership Team and identify opportunities for increased effectiveness.
  • Drive executive business reviews in partnership with the Chief of Staff to the CEO.
  • Communicate priorities and results to the larger organization, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate internal communications within the Marketing team and the broader organization.
  • Identify and manage ad-hoc strategic projects, including defining new opportunities and executing key initiatives.
  • Drive and monitor OKRs and KPIs for executive performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental executives to execute key deliverables and initiatives.
  • Work with Finance, People, and other teams to enhance employee satisfaction and manage budget allocations.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in planning & process, strategic and financial planning, and organizational change.
  • Fluency with the Marketing function and ability to understand business needs across various areas.
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity.

  • Experience in marketing analytics and market research.
