About the position

Neon For Life is seeking a Chief of Staff to collaborate closely with the executive team, enhancing productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives and overseeing program management. This role is pivotal in communicating objectives across the company and requires a presence in the downtown Chicago office to engage fully with the team and leverage the vibrant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership to define, prepare, and communicate organizational plans, including quarterly, annual, and multi-year strategies.
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
• Monitor progress on strategic goals, identify potential roadblocks, and propose actionable solutions to achieve targets.
• Facilitate and cascade internal and external stakeholder communications regarding key decisions, information, and strategic direction.
• Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations.
• Help define new operational strategies by working with leadership on special projects.
• Set key performance indicators to measure team performance.

Requirements

• MBA degree from a top business school with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to take complete ownership of projects, proactively search for solutions, and solve complex problems independently to drive success in this role.
• Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity.
