About the position

The Chief of Staff to the Founder of Human Agency plays a pivotal role in providing strategic and operational support to drive the company's mission forward. This position requires a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and organizational development, along with exceptional communication skills and adaptability to a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Founder in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive organizational goals.
  • Oversee scheduling, travel booking, and dynamic deliverables for the c-suite leadership team.
  • Manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on industry trends and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings, ensuring productive use of meeting time.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or organizational development.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving organizational goals.
  • High aptitude for quickly learning new concepts and skills.
  • Deep passion for and alignment with the mission and work of Human Agency.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to successfully solve problems and build effective processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, take initiative, and drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
