About the position

The Chief of Staff, Operations at Women's Care is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational effectiveness of the organization across its extensive network. This position focuses on enterprise-wide operational logistics, including clinic openings and closures, development of management tools, and fostering communication between departments. The Chief of Staff will support leadership development strategies, identify growth opportunities, and act as a liaison for external clinics and hospitals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive operational effectiveness across the organization.
  • Track and implement enterprise-wide operational metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build tools to monitor practice performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Analyze data trends to make strategic recommendations for efficiency gains and growth.
  • Champion new clinic launch processes and oversee operational transitions during expansions or relocations.
  • Improve communication structures to enhance interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Implement communication protocols and technologies to support information flow across the enterprise.
  • Develop and maintain the Operations SharePoint for process/workflows and educational content.
  • Lead the coordination of new programs across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in identifying new business growth and development opportunities and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide operational projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in operations management within a healthcare or physician practice environment.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale operational projects, including clinic openings, relocations, or closures.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing and managing operational metrics.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SharePoint and other project management tools.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and regulations.
