About the position

The Chief of Staff will serve as a key partner to the leadership team, focusing on overseeing the performance management office and leading data-driven analysis to support business decisions. This role is pivotal in providing both operational and strategic support across various business functions to enhance organizational performance and drive key initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive the company's performance management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and track progress on key performance indicators and strategic objectives, providing weekly updates to the leadership team.
  • Leverage data to analyze business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of long-term goals, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Facilitate communication between leadership and various business functions to ensure smooth execution of company-wide initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through to completion.
  • Provide leadership in resolving operational challenges and addressing bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Staffing, Workforce Solution or IT services industry, with a track record of working closely with leadership teams.
  • Strong data orientation with proven experience in interpreting data, reporting and providing actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables and data visualization techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing performance metrics, PMO, and driving operational excellence.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across departments.
