We are looking for a strategically minded and collaborative leader who is interested in a unique Chief of Staff opportunity supporting the Vice President (VP) of Production Management & Platform (PM&P) for Autodesk's Entertainment and Media Solutions Group (EMS). This role is pivotal in ensuring that the PM&P team, which consists of Product Management, Engineering, and QA, leads product strategy and execution for Autodesk Flow, our Media & Entertainment industry cloud, and our Production Management products - Flow Production Tracking and Flow Capture, formerly known as ShotGrid and Moxion. As the Chief of Staff, you will report directly to the Vice President of PM&P and work closely with the PM&P leadership team, as well as other Chiefs of Staff from the EMS organization and across Autodesk. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all PM&P programs and roadmaps are well planned and accomplished, contributing to the overall success of the team. In this role, you will be a necessary contributor to the PM&P team, ensuring that the team operates with an organized and efficient model. You will define and manage the rhythm of this product and engineering organization, requiring influence, initiative, creativity, and resolve to ensure the team is well positioned to succeed. You will partner with the Vice-President and the PM&P leadership team to influence our culture, build engagement, and define our strategic plans and main investments. Your impact will be significant as you help create clarity and define what success looks like for the team. This position offers flexibility, as it can be on-site, hybrid, or remote anywhere in the United States or Canada, with a preference for candidates in the Central or Eastern timezone.
