About the position

The Chief of Staff for Provider Data Solutions at Elevance Health is a pivotal role that combines strategic planning with operational execution. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for understanding all facets of the business and collaborating closely with executive leadership to define the strategic direction and success criteria for the future of the organization. This role is not just about planning; it involves translating high-level strategies into actionable tactics, prioritizing programs and projects, and establishing timelines to ensure that the enterprise's strategic plans are effectively implemented and achieved. In this position, the Chief of Staff will document strategic priorities, analyze the external environment, and report on customer insight research initiatives. Building and leveraging relationships is crucial, as the Chief of Staff will be expected to provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Continuous needs assessments will guide the proposal of opportunities aimed at improving results across the organization. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of planning and project activities within the line of business, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals. Another key aspect of this role is the partnership with the leadership team to enhance associate engagement and development. Responsibilities

  • Understand all aspects of the business and partner with executive leadership to define strategy and success criteria for the future.

  • Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Requirements
