Strategic Support: Assist the General Manager in identifying, prioritizing, and executing key initiatives. Coordinate the General Manager’s schedule management and prepare the materials for meetings (ex: setting up the presentations for the meetings). Operational Execution: Lead strategic projects and guarantee their execution in time. Track and report on those strategic projects delivery and performance. Communication & Coordination: Be the link between the General Manager and leadership team: organize meetings, prepare agendas, follow up on action items, organize and/or deliver the appropriate communications. Internal communication: Share and communicate to the rest of the organization progress on the business to keep teams engaged and committed to company’s success. Leadership Engagement: Support cross-functional collaborations and ensure alignment on roadmap and agreed priorities. Problem Solving: Provide insights and recommendations supporting decision-making. Anticipate and find solutions for organizational issues. OKRs and KPIs: Establish a roadmap to correctly implement and monitor team OKRs and KPIs to track business efficiency and profitability. Culture & Change Management: Promote Dailymotion’s culture across any initiatives and support change initiatives led by the General Manager, and Dailymotion’s Management in general.
