About the position

As the Chief of Staff for the CEO of Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic vision and execution of these innovative connected home brands. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership skills to support the CEO in managing complex, high-impact initiatives across the organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to develop and refine strategic plans for Ring and Blink.
• Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans and drive cross-functional execution.
• Identify and analyze key business opportunities and challenges, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Optimize CEO's time and focus by managing priorities, communications, and decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate and lead high-priority projects that span multiple teams and functions.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership teams at RBKS and across Amazon.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and communications in partnership with internal communications team.
• Represent the CEO in meetings and decision-making forums as needed.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both brands.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and annual planning processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across both organizations.
• Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Support the development and launch of new products and services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in smart home, IoT, or security technology sectors.
• Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Amazon's leadership principles and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
