The Chief of Staff at Fieldtech is a senior-level role responsible for supporting senior leaders in executing the company's vision, strategy, and goals. This position acts as a liaison between senior leadership and stakeholders, manages cross-functional projects, oversees financial and operational performance, and ensures compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives that align with the company's vision, strategy, and goals.
• Monitor and report on the financial and operational performance of the company and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies and manage risk and issues escalation.
• Act as a liaison between senior leadership and the internal and external stakeholders and build and maintain positive relationships.
• Take a strategic approach in preparing for and facilitating meetings, presentations, and communications, and ensure follow-up and that action items are completed.
• Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking on industry trends, best practices, and opportunities.
• Support senior leadership in developing and executing the company culture.
