About the position

In this role, the Chief of Staff will assist leadership in preparing for and facilitating meetings, presentations, and communications, ensuring that all action items are tracked and completed. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives that align with the company's vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Monitor and report on the financial and operational performance of the company and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies and manage risk and issues escalation.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and the internal and external stakeholders and build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Take a strategic approach in preparing for and facilitating meetings, presentations, and communications, and ensure follow-up and that action items are completed.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking on industry trends, best practices, and opportunities.
  • Support senior leadership in developing and executing the company culture.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
