About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Services Technology strategic priorities by collaborating with business leads and across the Mastercard organization.
  • Develop executive presentations and messaging for internal audiences, facilitating effective communication.
  • Shape external-facing narratives with strong analytic support and product knowledge.
  • Manage and coordinate regular engagements on Services Technology priorities.
  • Drive business reporting ensuring operational excellence and identify insights for meaningful recommendations.
  • Lead implementation of employee communication and engagement initiatives, partnering with the P&C team for diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Tackle complex business problems, uncover root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution of key objectives.
