About the position

In this role, you will serve as Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President of Global Operations Solutions, providing crucial support for strategy planning sessions, enabling strategic execution, and acting as an extension of the SVP. The position involves preparing content and narratives to ensure effective communication and alignment with strategic objectives, while also leading the development of the organization's strategic plans under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term plans, special projects, and strategic initiatives including monitoring progress and performance metrics.
• Drive the rhythm of the business including team meetings, leadership meetings, and strategy sessions.
• Serve as a liaison between the SVP and other departments, effectively facilitating clear strategic planning and project management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for the SVP to deliver to senior leadership and other stakeholders ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Serve as a thought leader to SVP and facilitate preparation for all internal and external meetings.
• Support the development and growth of the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Partner with administrative assistant to prioritize SVP schedule and time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or equivalent.
• Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.
• Strong communications and human relations skills.
