About the position

The Chief of Staff - Technology Governance role at Procom involves overseeing technology investments and financial planning within a banking context. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management. The ideal candidate will support the development of analyses, presentations, and documentation to facilitate decision-making and drive action among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the oversight of ISG Data Engineering technology book of work, including investments and work efforts.
• Work with internal clients and technology teams to identify and prioritize technology investments.
• Provide ongoing reporting into financial statuses and accomplishments of investments/work efforts.
• Develop analyses, presentations, and meeting materials to engage stakeholders.
• Prepare materials and drive necessary forums for program-related communication and analytics activities.
• Develop process documentation, guidance, and organize training as required.
• Write guidance documents and develop proposals to obtain stakeholder buy-in.
• Prepare stakeholder updates and reporting, documenting clear takeaways or actions.
• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and analytical skills, with experience in developing analysis and presentations for management.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• 5 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology in roles related to Chief of Staff, Technology Budget/Financial Planning, Governance, and Reporting.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially a master's degree.
