About the position

The Chief of Staff/Technical Advisor at UiPath is a pivotal leadership role that reports directly to the CTO. This position is designed for a strategic individual who will drive the company's growth by leveraging technical communications, business management, and cross-functional leadership skills. The role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness, managing technology investments, and ensuring streamlined execution of service fundamentals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, particularly in product management or technical program management, and will be responsible for planning, execution, and communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy by identifying emerging technologies and trends that align with the company's mission.
• Ensure streamlined execution of service fundamentals such as quality, resilience, security, modernization, and agility.
• Manage team-wide processes to ensure coordination across organizational and geographic boundaries.
• Facilitate internal communications for team meetings and major milestones, including All Hands and staff meetings.
• Lead special projects that address new business challenges and ensure sustainable maintenance post-completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Management).
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management roles.

Nice-to-haves

• Demonstrated history of engineering and/or product expertise with the ability to influence technical peers.
• Experience as a Chief of Staff in a technology company, preferably with Product or Technical Program Management.
• Experience working with a globally distributed workforce.
• Experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs.
• Experience with executive communications.
