About the position

The Chief of Staff (CoS) at Callondoc will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and enhance internal communications. This pivotal role is designed to have a transformative impact on advancing Callondoc's vision of making telehealth services accessible to millions of patients. The CoS will tackle critical projects, streamline processes, and shape the future of a company at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, assisting with high-level decision-making, strategic planning, and execution of key initiatives.
  • Review and optimize internal processes, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing bottlenecks across departments.
  • Oversee critical cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and coordination between departments.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the executive team and other departments, streamlining information flow and ensuring alignment on priorities.
  • Establish performance metrics and develop a reporting system to track progress on strategic initiatives and operational performance.
  • Lead efforts to explore new telehealth service lines and market expansion opportunities, including research, planning, and execution.
  • Conduct financial reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and improve profitability.
  • Work with customer support teams to enhance patient satisfaction and retention through process improvements and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a strategic or operational leadership role, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or tech-driven industries.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple departments using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership.
  • Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive implementation to achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, SaaS platforms, or telehealth solutions is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred but not required.
