About the position

The Chief of Staff at Risant Health will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and executive leadership in the development and execution of operations, particularly in the context of value-based care organizations. This position is responsible for managing complex cross-functional projects, supporting business processes, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO and senior executive team in business decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects and programs, coordinating stakeholders and resources.
  • Synthesize complex data to determine key decisions and actionable opportunities.
  • Champion change management plans and foster a culture of change within the organization.
  • Develop requirements for large-scale business process or system solutions across business domains.
  • Drive the development and implementation of long-term business initiatives and processes.
  • Facilitate organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations, or a related field, OR a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience.
  • Experience in a matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Experience delivering presentations to executive management and developing executive communications.
  • Experience consulting on complex projects with senior leaders at the VP level or above.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience conducting business analysis, including ROI analysis and quantifying the value of business initiatives.
  • Experience implementing large or complex projects or programs.
